Problem: Senior leadership lacked unified visibility into transformation initiative performance.
Solution: Developed an executive transformation dashboard that integrates budget vs. actuals, and project delivery data across Finance, IT and Business Transformation teams.
Impact: Provided leadership with decision-ready insights that improve strategic planning, resource allocation, and prioritization of company-wide transformation initiatives.
Feb 2024 – Aug 2025
Problem: Leadership needed scalable reporting on catalog performance, writer activity, and catalog revenue insight, but data sources and workflows were fragmented.
Solution: Built SQL queries and Power BI dashboards integrating charting data and internal rights/royalty data sources. Automated metadata and registration workflows using Python and Power Automate.
Impact: Improved catalog visibility for A&R, Finance, and Admin; reduced manual processes across copyright operations, and enabled data-driven prioritization based on writer performance.

Problem: High-volume sync operations lacked automated reporting and efficient workflows for license management and invoicing.
Solution: Designed a prototype sync dashboard and built Excel/VBA automations to streamline licensing, invoicing, and led user-acceptance testing for workflow tools.
Impact: Increased reporting clarity for management and reduced processing time across licensing and invoicing workflows, improving operational productivity.
Business Need: Leadership needed fast, flexible insight into partner and catalog performance.
Solution: Built Power BI dashboards using SQL (AWS Redshift) and advanced data modeling to analyze writer growth, revenue trends, and contract statuses.
